Rip-off!

Simple Escapes has put a charge on my credit card in the amount of $96.00 Knowing that I haven't ordered anything, I called them to find out how they got my credit card number. I was told that I have "agreed to receive a $50 savings bond from Domestications."
OK, can someone tell me what one has to do with the other? I didn't agree to a $96 charge on my credit card!

After a brief conversation with a woman, that tried to sell me something else, I was told the charges would be reversed. Just in case, I'm making sure that they are, and called my credit card company to dispute the charges.
