AmeriClerkships Medical Society Americlerkship were unable to provide insured hands-on clerkship in a TEACHING HOSPITAL (GUARANTEED) and refused to refund my payment back

promised me to arrange insured hands-on clerkship in a TEACHING HOSPITAL in St Louis.instead of a Teaching hospital they arranged my clerkship in a old age nursing home. Immediately I reported to Americlerkships, then they arranged me with another doctor. This time I wanted to confirm, if the doctor does go to any Teaching hospital. When I enquired the doctor's office, they said he is affiliated with BJC facility, but he does not go to a Teaching Hospital. So I relayed that information about the Doctor, back to Americlerkships, they also verified it. Since they were not able to provide me with Teaching
hospital as they GUARANTEED. I asked for the refund. They accepted for that and send me the cancellation/refund form. Which I submitted. When my husband called Nasser for refund status, Dr Pedram Mizani answered the call and said, since I paid by credit card, it will take 6 to 8 weeks for the refund. After 6 weeks I sent a email to Dr. Pedram Mizani to check on my refund, he answers back saying he wont refund. After 9 weeks Dr. Pedram Mizani says he will refund and sends a email to
accounting department, again after couple of days, Dr. Pedram Mizani says he wont refund. I have all the email conversion with Americlerkships.
