I paid a total of $94.50 for a plaque that I never recieved and a book with my poem in it that I never recieved.

The book was suppose to be called A celebration of poetry. With the Isbn number of 0-9743429-5-5
I used a credit card and they did take the money, I waited the 6 weeks and never heard from them, it has been 7 weeks now.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back?
