Ripoff, paid off guitar, they screwed up and said it was a leather chair! Will not send guitar or send a refund. They have STOLEN our money!

February of My husband and I ordered a electric/acoustic guitar with a case, microphone and amplifier. We paid it off on September 20 (around $350.00!), waited a few weeks for delivery, which did not come.

We called the company and was told they had no record of an account for a guitar but had an outstanding account for a leater chair with the same account number! When asked how was it possible to have switced account numbers and not notified us, we were given a rude runaround by the customer represenative. She treated us like we were crazy and it was our fault, that there never was a guitar! We asked for our money back, which they still have to this day, and was told in no uncertain terms it would not be refunded, that we ordered a leather chair and would have to pay it off! So not having any other recourse, we just gave up trying.

There is no way to fight that kind of stupidity and carelessness. Since we have found Usa Consumer Complaints.com, we decided to add our voice to the many others and hope to find some justice, even if it just to vent and warn other not to do business with this company. Hopefully someone with legal know-how will see these letters and investigate this sorry company. I'll be happy to do my part in seeing them closed down so they can't take advantage of hard working people anymore!
