I attending the Loop Academy of Business in 1990. I took out a loan with the school in 1990 with The Michigan Department of Education. I finished my class. I did not get a certificate of completion or a copy of my grades. My loan is in a chapter 13 which will be converted to a chapter 7 in a few weeks. The loan is in default. I should not have to pay the loan back if I did not receive grades, a job, and no one can find my transcripts with the Illinois Department of Education. The Michigan Department of Education and The Loop Academy of Business have ripped my off.
