Supervisor: Nicole, and Eric Took unauthorize money out of my acount in the amount of 57.93

This company mislead me to beleive that I would receive a grant kit for free and only pay for shipping in the amount of $2.00.

They took $57.93 out of my account leaving me with $11.00 they never sent me an email only a cd rom.

No "kit". I was never aware that I signed up for a membership and once I cancelled they still would not refund my money.

If I never used the service and I cancelledThe monthly membership then I should be refunded as well.

Big ripoff!

They were rude before I got rude and Hung up on me twice. Lied and said everytime I call I would speak to this Eric who was the supervisor.
