Finanical support office is very incompentent. Worked withthem over 3 months but still needed to spend part of student costs to avoid courses being decreased. Obtained inconsistent info every time we visted the university office but still got no benefits when all paperwork was hand-delivered towards the school funding office. Actually approached the leader's workplace and also the dean's workplace equally provided no help or assistance. The school funding office was behind on researching documents of course if they did not complete prior to the contract, my pupilis courses could be decreased.
