Lease Finance Group, a division of Cit Financial USA, Inc. And Wholesale Merchant Services ripoff! Dishonest salesman and sale

After sitting here worrying and wondering what I should do about this company that keeps harrassing me I am glad that I finally found someone with the same problem with the same company. Two men came to my work place to sell us a credit card machine. The said they could "SAVE" us lots of money and we would be spending less each month by using their machine. So I signed the paperwork, after we told him that I was not legally suppose to sign anything for the business. When the machine arrived at work they were on the phone 5 minutes after it got here wanting to set it up. This was on January 29th.

Only later after we got our bank statements did I realize why they were so prompt on "helping" us. They charged us a monthly fee and another fee because we didn't meet our monthy minimum for January. AFTER they had us run a credit card through the machine to see that it was working properly. Hmmmmm, good service or money hungry?

We decided to cancel this service because there were so many hidden charges that we were never told about. Come to find out we are dealing with 3 different companies. Getting out of the service wasn't hard, but trying to get rid of the machine is another thing. They say that it is a NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. Now can anyone spell CANCELABLE? (Makes me wonder how this company can make it if they can't even spell things right.)

The closer I looked at this lease the more things I discovered. The price they had put down was over $30 more a month and for 2 years longer then they had originally said. They had put me as sole owner of the business. The only thing that is mine at my job is my coffee cup! And we had specifically said that I was not the owner and was not legally suppose to sign anything. I also thought that it was really clever of him to flip up the bottoms of the pages so that I could sign without being able to see what the rest of the page said. The two "men" talked so fast and interrupted eachother so that it was hard to understand and comprehend everything they were saying.

I have tried to get a hold of the person that sold us this bogus deal but he is always out of the office and never returns any of my phone calls. Surprised?! Lease Finance Group calls me everyday at work and this past weekend started calling me at home. Last week they threatened to send this to the credit bureau and to collections. I'm wondering why they even gave us this "deal" if they really checked my credit out. And how devoted to his job is the saleman when he can knowingly lie on an application.

This company and Wholesale Merchant Services are only out to rip the consumer off. They should not be trusted and NEVER EVER sign anything for them. So if someone from Wholesale Merchant Services and/or Lease Finance Group call you, hang up on them. I have been going out of my mind trying to resolve this issue with a company that refuses to budge. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
