Ripoff legalized scam

I have been ripped off too by pennco tech. I graduated at the top of my class as well and when i went out into the world pennco tech basically locked the doors behind me. They wouldnt help me, they sadly turned there backs on me after i graduated. They have there money and its sad we cant do much about it.

They have a legalized scam going on and TOO MANY PEOPLE are falling for it, giving away there lives and careers to pennco techs scam.
