Ripoff rudeness! Run around!

Since 20 January I have been fighting with this company (and I use that word lightly!) to get my money refunded. An address I lived at 3 addresses ago was used, so I knew this was not right. When I contacted the phone number listed, I was told I did do this-knowing full well I DID NOT! Initially I was told it would take 15 business days to refund the money. When that did not occur, I called again and was given the run around, and was talked to very rudely by all concerned. I was also told that the date had now changed from the 6th of January to the 20th of January to mark the 15 days. Again the date passed-I am still waiting for my money, and, as all of the others, I need my money.

I want to know what is going to happen now-and when will I get my money back???
