Ripoff - making millions off the unfortunate somebody stop these guys

For several years this company has been making millions of dollars by promising to help secure Federal Grants. They make it sound like anybody can qualify, yet most can not. After they have your money then you find out that the grants for those with no credit or other problems are very few and used up instantly. If you do not qualify they will not refund your money and after that are impossible to contact. At a typical conference they take in between $250,000 - $500,000 Not Bad for 2 hours work. Rick Wiseman their spokesman tells lies about his success and claims to own businesses that do not exsist or can not be located. Its a scam and these guys need to be stopped. It's a crime they steal millions every year and get away with it.
