I do not know how I signed up for this service, I do not remember doing this yet they have more information than I care for them to have.

I did call MWI Homeworks on 2/25 to discontinue their service and was told (by Ekemen employee #17184) that my account would be credited the charges made to my account ($14.95 on 2/24 and $139.95 on 2/24) The credit was made on 3/1 for $119.65 to my account.

Now I find that yet another charge has been made to my account 3/12 for $14.95. I once again called and talked to Ivan employee #25105 and was told once again my account would be credited within 2 business days.

I did try to sign on immediately after that phone call using the account number they had given me (I was trying to get all the address information you have asked for) but I was told that the account was no longer active.

I do hope that this is the end of it.
