Ripoff lied to me and caused me too lose my home breach of contract

I am so outraged and don't know what to do or where to turn. A year ago, I received notice that my mobile home and land would be auctioned off due to back property taxes and hat's another story cause I was going thru divorce and my ex left me in a bad situation. But any way I tried to get my ex in court soon enough to help me catch up taxes. It wasn't soon enough so I called Conseco and asked for their help. The guy I spoke to said sure no problem, we do this all the time. We will just add taxes to the back of my mortgage and it will be taken care of.

Well I had no reason to doubt them. They had interest in my property also. So there was a big burden lifted off my chest. Three weeks later I received notice that my home was sold at auction. I flipped out. I called Conseco. I spoke to the guy who promised all would be fine. He said to let him check into it. So I had to call him back again and after that I never was able to talk to that guy again. Someone else was answering his ext number and that person told me that she sees the paper work but it never got filed with the correct dept there with them.

Then over the course of three months they were supposedly making offers to the person who bought my home, trying to buy it back for me. But then I was told the person wanted triple her money back and they weren't going to do it. I asked them to mail me all the offers and paper work they had done on this they said they did. I never got nothing. They don't even call me anymore for the money. I should still be oweing them. I have to go to court the 29th of March on my own cause I couldn't afford a lawyer. The women who bought my home of 16 years is trying to get me out.

I wish there was a class action suit against them! I don't know how to fight this!!! Any suggestions out there??? Anyone else in a similar situation???
