Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I checked my checking account statement last month and two charges of $39.99 under the name P-Zest/Internet were found. I have never used my credit card or Debit Card on the Internet. I had to cancel my checking account and get a new number. I want to know who this company is and why they are frauding innocent people!
