Microsoft Online Service Bill, Ms.net ripoff! Dishonest fraudulent billing. Washington

I found an unrecognized charge of $21.95 on my Mastercard from this company dated 2/13/04. I tried to research the company to contact them with no luck. I had to file a dispute with Mastercard and just wait and see to get my money back. I hope this company is being investigated.
