Ripoff they offer a 500 dollar referral fee and refused to pay up after making the sale

I referred a local dr. Who signed up with this company in december. The referral fee listed on their website is $500. After numerous calls they talked me down to accepting half but i have never received it. I have called everyday and spoke requesting it and have been told it's in the mail and it's being sent overnight and airborne, etc. What a ripoff!!!
