Referral rip-off

I purchased a car from Ritz Auto Sales, with the understanding that If I referred another person to
them and they also made a purchase, I would receive
$200 as referral promotion. It is even printed on the
back of their businness cards.

My purchase was made on 1/14. I referred
MR. Mxxxx who made his purchase on 1/16.
I made numerous attempts in person and also by phone to collect the referral $. Each time, a "different" excuse is used.

People who do the referrals are not here, So as of today,
2/19 no referral has been paid to me.
