Bettersaferdrivers.com Robert Prevost, Mark Ebert, President & CEO will not honor gift certificates

I contacted racingschools.com several years ago when my wife purchased me a gift certificate for $500.00 to attend one of racingschools.com 70 schools across the united states. They stated that even if I redeem the certificate late I would ONLY be charged a 10% fee, that seemed very acceptable to me.
I contacted them to redeem my certificate they now state "sorry we are no longer honoring ANY gift certificates!" Wait a minute, who has my $500.00 dollars then!!??? My only answer was sorry it's gone. We are "racingschools.com" in name only we have been bought out, and no longer accept gift certificates from prior to our purchase.
So it seems that all this company does is sell itself and we the consume are out of our hard earned money! I will be filing a complaint with the AZ attorney generals office as well.
