Biggest RIPOFF EVER, they want money, money, money and get nothing in return, would like to know how to fight them

This company or companies to be more precise, have done nothing but promise the world and deliver nothing. My husband and I got involved because we thought that we could save some money on our taxes. We did actually have our taxes done by them last year and we did get a substantial refund. However, since our taxes were done last year, they have called my place of employment to points beyond harrassment.

They have done everything in their power to suck more money out of us for one "up-grade" or another. Most recently, we were told that our "tax prep kit" was on its way to us by more than one person, only to find out that the gross amount of money that we had paid them in the beginning for "several years of tax prep and audit help" was in our imagination. They claim we had only paid for "1 yr" of tax prep. So I guess we are on our own in that department.

Now, we have a different company calling us saying they are the "opposite" of NADN and that they will help us get out from the hell that is this whole ordeal, IF WE GIVE THEM SOME MONEY! This whole thing has been nothing but a nightmare from the word go. You are told you have a certain "representative" that is assigned to "your file", but when you try to get a hold of that particular person they are either "tranferred, or promoted" and they are not is the office at this time.

I'm not sure who gets to read this information but if anyone can offer any advice at all as to how to deal with these CRIMINALS, I would greatly appreciate it. What has happened to us and I am sure many many others, should not happen to any one else.
