BEWARE - Do not ever order expensive jewelry from Premier Estate Liquidators on Extreme Shopping Network. The Company is a SCAM and BIG RIPOFF!!! When you "bid" on items you are apparently talking to people in FLorida and seems you are getting bargains. The "true" worth of the jewelry is posted on television.in reality they have more than one of those items because you can bargain with them and all of the sudden, they have extra items of the same thing.
Aug. 29 I purchased a Emerald/Diamond necklace with my Discover card for $3,500 and Sept. 1 I purchased a Tennis necklace for $2,850. Both items were charged right away and it I received both items. I waited to get both so if I wanted to return one or both, I'd save money on postage and return both. So I received both and decided I did not care for them. Even though they came with paperwork of Authenticiy and were supposedly worth 10 times more for replacement.
I was dissatisfied with the color of the jewels and the workmanship, etc... I did not feel they were the write jewels for me. So I packed both necklaces with all original paperwork in a box. I even made copies of everything. Then I took it to US Postal office, had it insured for $6,000 and mailed off. I can't recall if I also asked for Signature Confirmation.in retrospect I should have.
Unfortuately I don't know where I filed away those copies and the original receipt from the Post Office. Ultimately those Thieves at Premier Estate Liquidators are claiming I never returned the item that cost $2850. That's ridiculous because both items were in the same parcel! I called their Return Dept. And all of a sudden you only talk with people with Indian accents. Perhaps they are affiliated with AL QUEDA.
What easier way to rob American citizens than with fake/ugly jewelry and claim they did not receive returns. They must be filtering the money to pay for their armies and Bin Laden. I'm very upset with Cable TV to allow this to go on. Upset American Citizen and Consumer.
