My son ordered a speed reading cd packet on the mistaken assumption that it was free. He used a gift card that he received at Christmas. The gift card had a max. Value of $50. If the cost exceeded this amount, why was the order processed? Furthermore, why will the company not allow us to return items that we do not want? What type of customer service is this? Were is the goodwill? Upon reading consumer reports concerning this company, I observe several similar stories... Coincidence???
