The company is withholding my overpayment check i am currently enrolled here and they do this all the time to all students this shouldnt be allowed if we have an overpayment it is supposed to come to

I am having issues receiving my overpayment check i have gone into the financial aid office several times and no one seems to be able to tell me anything except that im on the to be paid listthey shouldnt be allowed to with hold checks like that sincethey have already been paid i have also contacted corporate office and trisha told me i had to contact the fifnancial aid office i keep getting the run around and im not too happy wat can i do
