Withdrew $96.00 out of my bank account Don't know for what or why never heard of such company called number but there was no representative to speak to Connecticut

On 2-09 my account was debited for 96.00. I have never heard of such company or name. I called the number that was listed 888-681-7216 to check and see what this was all about but all I got was options and asked for a phone number or benefit number and of course I dialed my number only to tell me that the number was invalid.

I reported this to my bank and they issued a dispute of payment and I have yet to find out what is going on.

I'm not sure what else to do, this is wrong how can they get all this information about my account? And then steal my money?

These people need to be stopped. Would apreciate some advise.
