ON Janury 28 I sent to PHI/Appliance Repair Schools a bank cheque in the amount of nine hundred ninety nine dollars to be enrolled as a top tier broker which included the cost for Pentium IV computer.

They requested that the cheque be sent by Fedex rather than by U. S Postal Service.
On 4 February I called their office to enquire of the progress being made and was told that I would receive a shipment in about a week.

I called again on Wednesday 12 February and was told that there was a manditory hold on bank cheques over five hundred dollars, for four weeks, as required by provision of the Homeland Security Act.

The bank, the checque was written on, verified the cheque cleared the bank on 04 Feruary.

The materials in their 200 page website said ship would be made in two days after receipt of payment.
