Complete garbage, constant calls to wrong numbe

I keep getting calls from Sallie Maes collection department.
They ask for a person who has the same last name as me and lives in my city.
I have explained 50 times that I do not know this person and they certainly do not live with me.
They ask me for my last 4 digits of my social and my work number also. This is insane, they belittle me and ask "are you sure she does not live here?" yes I know who I live with.
Despite asking every time to please stop calling me, they hang up and the calls start all over.
They told me this person has past due student loans from over a year.
Why do I have to be harassed for someone else's bills?
