Dealpass, simple Escapes, valumax will never respond to emails! I cancelled membership and later they charged me. Ripoff!

Yes! Deal pass is a rip off! Even when i canceled they still charged me. When i write to them in emails they only respond by saying we will get back to you within 3-7 buisness days and they never do.
They even offer free giftcards during the trial membership and say you must be a member to receive the giftcards but they haven't sent me my giftcard yet. I had to request the survey 3 times before they finally sent me the form to fill out for the gift card. Rip off!
