Shoppers Advantage (Trilegiant)
They steal and lie, would not honor their 200% price guarantee

Even though I sent in all the documenation that they required to match a price from another vender they refused to refund me the 200% difference. I even sent them more than they required, i.E. Pictures of 3 PDA's I bought at Best Buy with their serial numbers, the order confirmation sheet from Best Buy, the receipt and also a copy of my master card statement with the amount I charged for the 3 PDA's. The manager Mr. Shultz and a Ms. Shemanski even called the store and talked to the supervisor of the department Ms. Lynda Jasso to verify their price. The price for the Sony Clie Model Peg-NZ90 at Best Buy was $451.51. The price for the same PDA that I ordered from Shoppers Advantage was $759.98. They were supposed to refund me $616.94. That amount was 200% of the differnce from their price versus Best Buy. Their Low Price Guarantee is 200% of the difference. I am filing a lawsuit against them.
