U.O. P Mis-Distribution

I was a student at phoenix University for a while then when they first asked me if I wanted to receive my first disbursement of money either all or have them take the funding for schooling and send me the remainder to pay for school supplies I said take out the funding for school then send the rest. Next thing I know they told me it was their error and they had sent me an over disbursement and I had to pay it all back or I could not continue my schooling... Seems unfair it was their error and after paying off my laptop and getting internet I didnt have the money to pay back now Im out of school with no job and no money... Kinda shady if you ask me.
