Ripoff, twice forced into bancruptcy, forclosure without notice to me or my atty

My loan was bought from citifinancial, i was not notified.
I continued to send citifinancial my payments.
When i found out fairbanks had my loan, they were already starting forclosure.

After going through that nightmare, i was sending the payments to fairbanks for several months, then they sent my payment back because i was so far behind, which was not true. I called and they said hold the payment until they cleared this up.instead. I find two letters posted on the INSIDE of my windows. They sent someone to my home and tore off all my locks and damaged my doors, etc. And put a realtor lock on my door! I called the court house and they said they had already held a sale on the property, no noticification to us or atty. Luckily, my ten days were not up and my atty. Filed bancruptcy again. I want something to be done to these people for making me pay over $5000 i don't owe them. Plese help me and let me know who the attorneys are that are handling a class action lawsuit against them for $400 million dollars. I want to be listed as a victim.
