Ripoff, telling me I bounced a check 7 years ago that I never wrote to good guys

This person Sheila Walker called me to inform me that a check I wrote on March 21st seven years ago to Good Guys had bounced. I told her I never bounced a check in my life and my bank would have contacted me.

I asked her to send me a copy front and back of this check and she said she was not allowed to do that. I asked her for the address of the store and she did not have that info. She said I had until the 26th of January to pay or my fee would double or triple.

I asked her why didn't a collection agency report this on my credit report after she said ORM collections had tried in vain to reach me for years. She said she didn't know and understood my confusion but Good Guys was going to file a civil law suit against me if I did not pay.
The scary part is that she had my home address and phone which is an unlisted number. I have never bounced a check in my life, these people are scary and should be shut down. My credit is really good and I hope they do not have my social security number.
