Still waiting for refund

Damelin was designed to return me of my examination price paid in error last July, plus they required me to deliver my bank details which the cash is likely to be returned after ninety days. But 3 months have handed and iam still waiting. No body is returning in my experience to I'd like to understand what the store is. I no further contact them since all i do is hold. The cash that i've used-to contact them has realized the total amount owed to me. Please Damelin, atleast react!!!
