We sent 5 dollars to this company to begin enrollment for my wife in pharmacy school. They said this course would aid her in becoming a pharmacy tech. At about the same time we found out that their program is not recognized in Oklahoma and is basically worthless. We responded to them in writing and via the phone shortly after getting their first bill. Each phone contact was with the registration department.

They gave me at various times 4 different numbers to call, none of them working numbers. We have been contacted by them that since the time has ran out we would charged a penalty fee of 85 dollars as explained in the enrollment contract. We have not recieved the enrollment contract to this date. The point is we have made every effort to contact these people prior to the time expressed. We have not recieved any of their goods promised and do not intend to pay 85 dollars.

Additionally the last time we called in Mid December the lady was extremely rude. When asked why my wife was not interested in their program I explained and was told that well my wife is a stupid bitch. Exact words, she additionally stated no matter what we have to do we will get the money from you. I am extremely upset about this and decided to enter a complaint prior to consulting a lawyer. My contention is why do not owe them anything in fact if anything they owe us 5 dollars and an apology for the rather rude treatment.
