They offer you a generous credit line to "repair" your credit.
They took $199 of my money!
You can never get a person to answer the phone in customer service. When you call back the "salesperson" they assure the package is in the mail & become quite defensive for their employer when you question the length of time in business, whether they have any affiliation with chamber of commerce, and especially if you ask about their physical address.
All that is provided is a PO Box.

I am ready to contact FBI about this, full fledged!
My 6 weeks for delivery time has lapsed.
Any suggestions or status on your cases, please advise.
