The parent of the child is a well establised professional in Real Estate field and not a recently divorced mother. She had all the receipts showing the 5k tuition that was paid to this company for the 6 months program. She was just asking for the refund of the tuition in Small Claims court. SinceEleanor, the ownerdecided to terminate her daughterafter being asked for the receipt of 5k and the 1098 formbefore end of the year. Her daughter have lots of friends in American Advanced Academy and not a violent personas mentioned on this rebuttal. Unfortunately, the parent of the child was unprepared with her documents and lost the case. Her daughter is never beena problematic child, she may not be a student with great grades. But she is now a full-time student in college with a part-time job, was hired on a 1st interview at this kind of economy by a well known company.

Eleanor Chan isthe greedy owner of this company hiring illegal alien employees to save on the payroll, scam artist proclaimingherself as a Harvard graduate and Hillsborough homeowner. She was an evictedtenantdue tonon payment of rent by her Hillsborough landlord as showed on San Mateo Court records.

She is so desperate to keep the hard earned money of this consumer lying on every detail of this case in court and on this website.
