Education & Science

When i walked into this building i was unsure of the salesman's (counselor) claims. He claimed that a great majority of graduates find jobs. He pointed to the wall of fame showing less than 200 students pictures, names and where they were employed. Months later i found that the school began in 2003 and thousands of people had graduated from this private institution. There were less than two hundred people who actually received jobs? Remember they have so few graduates employed they have to take your picture and make a big deal out of it.

"What aboutthe other 7-8 thousand people at least that have been through those doors?"

Of the eight months of training only two months of the training actually has anything to do with biotechnology. Mostly pipet measurements and dilution calculations. Most of the schooling is made up of basic math, excel and other courses offered at a community college for much less out of pocket expense.

The school is a sham because they make promises they cannot deliver. They tell you it is booming field that has many opportunities. (True for people with a college education of two years of more) A certificate for 2 months of Biotechnology training is worthless!

The school might hire a former student to teach a class. Another graduate might be hired since they posses pervious years of job experience acquired before they attended B.H.C. (Lab or managerial experience elsewhere)

The school is overloaded with unemployed innocent victims. When they are finishedwith their schooling they still will not have job. Only a huge $2,000-$4,000 student loan bill to pay back for a worthless education. Many of the faculty are driving new cars. ON YOUR TUITION FUNDING!

This school like most private colleges that take a few months to complete make their money from giving you low quality education that will not lead to a job.

They make money from you and the govt's funding! Thats it! When your doneno job!

Random facts you deserve to know.

The Financial Aid woman (Latin woman in her 50's) helped plant many of these schools with Sam many years before she broke up his marriage. She hides her tattoos well, yet everyone there knows she's bagging the boss.

She also does something else well there. She also performs a few illegal practices known as "reverse referrals" for State and Federal Funding. She refers the student and coaches them on what to say to your job counselor. This practice is unethical since your job counselor must refer you to a school of your choice not vice versa.

The other schools Sam (President) started where sold. Would that be because he couldn't find them jobs either?

The odd looking woman with a deep voice teaching a few classes is a man. Which is alright if you don't mind being sexually harassed by a known felon.

They employ students just to have some proof that people get hired after they graduate from BioHealth College.

If you want to job training that gets you hired?

Forget this school.
