Mr. Mugrdechian, with his silent, anonymous partner known simply as Ed % (?), acted as Education Director for West Coast College in Ontario, CA. The school shut its doors in October due to "low enrollment numbers". Speaking on behalf of the DMS (ultrasound or sonography students), one section of which was 2/7 through their training and the other 3/7, it was a case of "school flipping". If you open a school, you finish training the students you have before filing chapter 13 or 11. While acting completely within our state's wacky laws, Mugrdechian put his name on yet another fraudulent-associated action.
