Ripoff dishonest claims & billing, could never get anyone on the phone

I was online one evening and began to enter my name & address and then decided against it. Two days later I received a call from Platinum Benefit Group and another company by the name of CCA that I never even heard of let alone gave any information to via phone or internet. The gentleman was pleasant (as usual) and stated that they had seen my name on the web site and decided to offer me information in regard to the card.

When he stated that there was a $79.00 registration fee I told him to forget it and he said that I had the obtion to cancel at anytime and that the $79.00 would not be withdrawn from my account if I called back within 30 days.

Well I called to cancel 1 week later and I could never get anyone on the phone and this concerned me more because there were so many voicemail boxes. The funds were withdrawn from my account within 2 weeks and alas I finally spoke to a gentleman who was very rude and said that the registration fee was not refundable and I began to dispute him and he hung up. Now I'm pissed off!!!

I just want you to know the these vagabonds hit my account again 2 weeks later for $12.95 and when I spoke with someone rude woman by the name of Pat she told me that was for special discounts that were never discussed with me. Now I may have to close my account on these fools because I am a single mother of 2 with 1 job and no child support whatsoever. I would like my money refunded in the amount of $91.95 because I cancelled this withdrawal I have no idea where this $12.95 came from I would have never agreed to that.

I would like the initial conversation played back to everyone to hear my conversation and any organization that will know without a shadow of a doubt that these people are liars and thieves and full of the evil spirit of the devil and they will never win against people who believe in God.
