WLI Reserve, unauthorized withdrawal $7.00 never dealt with company

I noticed a $7 on my ATM card since September. Charges are 2 times a month at different dates, nothing to indicate a revolving charge.
Company not returning calls. I cancelled my card. My husband is going to physically visit this address to resolve this issue as we live in Ct.
We are going to notify our states attorney to file a complaint along with the BBB.
