Ripoff - This company has taken money from my checking account UNAUTHORIZED after I cancelled and told them not to

I thought this sounded good so I signed up. I had immediate buyers remorse and mailed a cancellation letter to them THE SAME DAY I signed up. They were not to take money from my account for 21 days giving me time to cancel if needed. They took it in 13 days even after I cancelled! I've tried calling someone, to no avail (big surprise!). It has now cost me an additional $30 to have my bank "try" to block further withdrawals from them and "try" to get my money back! I think a class action suit is in order here!
