Deceptive advertising and multiple fast charges on your credit card in the first 30 days

This company uses free iPad advertisements. It begins with a bait at $5 to try their DVDs and gives you only 14 days to supposedly cancel. Impossible. Next thing you know you're billed $85 on the 14th day followed by another $99 on the 30th day. Unless you are watching your credit card weekly, you will likely miss this. This is a company that relies on consumers that look at tehir credit card once a month so by the time you call in, they got you. They refuse to let me return their items and will not give me an RMA. Look at this email—all sales are final outside of the trial period but the charges and items were sent post trial period. This company should get a class action suit soon and I'm happy to join:

Per your request, your Onlingo membership has been cancelled. You will receive no future shipments or charges without your authorization. The product you have received is no longer eligible for a return. All sales are final outside of the trial period. The final charge to the account took place on Sep 25.
