I want my money

I have been waiting since april 9th for my money. I try to call and the office is always closed. You can never get ahold of anyone I was told it would cost $118.00 for xcel then I was charged $395 dollars. That made me mad I want my money now, it takes you a second to take it out well bu my money back in the bank now. Tonya sherwood-Appell
