Belford University Fake Diploma and NO refund

I went to a total of 6 High Schools, once i turned 18 i still was not done but was sick of school so i turned to Belford High School hoping to recieve my Diploma instead of a GED. I was told they were going to get my transcrips and see how many credits more i needed. They said I didnt need any and send me the Diploma after charging me $350.
The Diploma looks fake, and is not recoginized anywhere. They would not give me a refund because to much time had passes when I made my coplaint. Now here I am in this economy, and I cant get a job, but how am I to trust another company after I have been so lied to. Way to get someone where it hurts!
