Poetry fraud - the book my poem to be in is not found in any bookstore, no help from company

I entered the poetry.com poetry contest and they sent me a letter saying that I had won, that my poem would be published in a book called Eternal Portrait Series and that my name was put in a drawing for winning $1,000 or $10,000 annual drawing.

This is a real skam. They are taking our poems and putting them in a book that WE buy for $50.00. What suckers we all are. The book is not even in any bookstore. I even called the company and was on hold for 10 minutes then the lady could not tell me the name of the book that my poem is in. It is just "Eternal Portraits Series". That's all she could tell me. I called a big chain bookstore and they have never heard of it, and don't have the book. I was told by the company that it would be in bookstores September 30. What a lie.

They are making money off of talented people like you and me and making money off our creativity. I am apauled. I am going to try to report them to the Better Business Bureau (if possible). I am so glad that I did not buy the book. I thought about it but in the back of my mind that this might be a skam, I didn't. I decided to wait till it came out in the bookstores and then buy it. I guess I'll never see that poem in print by this company.
