Lack of communication or coodination

My regularly scheduled training period had been established as Friday morning at 0800 PST, my first trainer never called before 0830, and my current trainer never calls before 0815. The training is taking a bit longer than originally anticipated as I have two part-time jobs to earn money until this program can go online, and I am being regularly propositioned with "important training" by the "affiliated" organizations named "the Tax Club" and "The Success Planning Group", that always cost more money. This week (29 Oct) there was no call at all. No communication about a delay, or anything at all. I called the phone number provided and couldn't reach my trainers extention unitll the corporate office manually transferred me, so I could leave a message! An email was sent but now after 6 hours I doubt I will be contacted and my training slot will be lost!
