I lost my home, and hundreds of thousands of dollars of equity, in a wrongful foreclosure sale conducted by world savings bank, without notice of default or sale, and i am severely and permanently disabled. The purchaser (s) appear to be insiders at world savings, or somehow connected, but this information has not yet been verified. My case is pending in the united states court of appeals, and in the state court in california. I need information from anyone and everyone who has ever lost a home in a wrongful foreclosure conducted by world savings bank, and its apparent subsidiary, the foreclosure trustee company called "golden west." you may send information via a rebuttal to this report.
