Ripoff

I am like so many other Americans who have been ripped off by Prime one Financial, I was called and told I was eligible for an unsecured Mastercard with a 1000.00 credit limit. I was told a one time fee of 187.00 was to be taken out of my checking account and the card would be sent. Well I bit, 4 weeks later I received this piece of crap package from them with no credit card. I phoned and they advised me that If I filled out the application that was enclosed I would be guranteed a unsecure credit card, I bit again. 4 wks later I had heard nothing and telephoned them once again, I told them I wanted a refund of 187.00 they advised me that if I sent back the package I would receiver a refund. I sent the package via certified receipt. Three weeks after receiving the receipt back I phoned them once again. I was told it takes 10 wks to process my refund.

Nov 24 I phoned them once again to find out about my refund. I was told that because I was approved for a SECURED credit card I was not eligible for a refund. This company needs to be sanctioned or closed for ripping off hard working people. I am also a disabled American Veteran who served in panama and the first gulf war I have limited funds and feel it is down right wrong that they ripped me off 187.00 dollars
