Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I noticed an unauthorized debit from my checking account in the amount of $49.50 from a company called 1rate.com.

I would like a full refund of $49.50 since i did not authorize this amount and i do am not aware of signing a contract with this company (written or verbal).
