JP Media
Ripped off twice I want whoever is involved in this scam to be found. Ripoff

Education & Science

My son noticed on Friday, 11/7 that there were 2 charges on his October statement for $299.99 each to JP Media, Ltd that he did not authorize.

He called the 888 number and told Robert in customer sevice that he did not order anything from JP Media, Ltd. Robert told him it was for supplies from a pharmacy; then asked the dates of the charges and his credit card number - which my son gave him. Robert told him credit would be credited to his card within 10-15 days. No other questions asked. I became suspicious and checked the internet regarding this company only to find out that he was ripped-off.

Later that evening we called the 888 number several times questioning this debit. The reps were very obnoxious. We weren't very nice either! Twice the rep hung up. Saturday we filed a dispute claim and cancelled the card. We believed he would never see the money again. Lo and behold, he was credited with the $599.98 on Wed. 11/12. We were very surprised - so don't give up. Hopefully, all of you will be credited also.

I want whoever is involved in this scam to be found. JP Media's rebuttal on 11/10 says they are launching their own investigation. Jp media - let us know what is going on.
