ECI Robs Host

I entered into an agreement with ECI to host students via PRM Homestay for 10 months. Because ECI wanted to receive services as if the Homestay was Club Med or better, Janice Coury, who works for ECI without notice or payment, breached the agreement and has failed to pay for the service agreement of the 10 months. Leaving me without payment or students. I am requesting the balance of the contract due $11,900.
