Sheena McGee - Chrisheena McGee ripoff with fraudulent deceptive deceitful online training that offers nothing but money for Sheena McGee & Chrisheena McGee

I am a mother of four children, one of which is only 2o months old has become disabled this past year due to a very serious illness. The company Career Training Solutions came to me in an email for my resume that has been posted on Monster.com. I have been looking to find employment where I can stay home as my daughter needs 24 hour care. I went to their website (which is no loner availble) and looked at the information for Medical Billing. I called their 800 number (which is now "temporarily suspended") and spoke with a "career counselor" named Kim. I was told that I could still enroll for the "Summer Special" price of $299.99. I was told that upon completion of their course I would receive my first client within 15 days and that I would also receive medical and other benefits such as vacation pay, etc. This was all to be in writing, but of course they get your money and never send anything to you in writing.

I awaited for the materials to arrive, but nothing. I called and was told that the classes were postponed to the first week of October (they were to start in Sept.). I went to the web conferencing site to begin the training and it said that nothing was scheduled. When I called the following Monday I was told they were having "computer problems" and that everything would be taken care of. After this point you could not get a hold of anyone. The following Saturday the same thing occured.

I tried numerous times to contact CTS but like everyone else I only reached voicemails. I left messages for everyone from Kim, Charmaine, Larika Adams, Monica Lewis, Student Services and even their corporate offices.

I finally received an email from Tawaski Calais which stated that CTS needed two weeks from October 18th to reorganize, send out course materials, and train new staff. Conveniently they had a CTS "holiday" on Friday October 17th which gave them enough time to get out with everybodys money. Of course there was no training scheduled for unlimitedconferencing.com on November 1st.

I have tried to contact CTS including Sheena McGee personally to receive a refund but have heard nothing. I have filed compalints with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of LA. Let's all try and get this woman and Carlos Ortiz before they can do this to any more people.
